The French Institute for Hand Surgery assists emergencies of several hospitals from Paris, with which it has signed an agreement.

This agreement sets forth, in accordance with the SROS (Regional Plan of Sanitary Organisation) Paris Area guidelines, the roles of the emergency service of the hospital, the French Institute for Hand Surgery, and the Victor Hugo Clinic, in order to insure patient care in the specialities as follows :

Hand Surgery
Upper extremity surgery
Hand emergency

Victor Hugo Clinic is committed to treating referrals in compliance with sound medical and nursery practices

The application of this agreement is within the general framework of the free will of the patients in the current health centres.
